NorQuest College (the “College”) is inviting Vendors to submit Proposals for the provision of Online Student Payment Solution as specified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide an Online Student Payment Solution to the College. NorQuest College is looking at streamlining its domestic and international tuition management, campus business processes, and payments solutions into a single platform with the usage of an Online Student Payment solution. The desired payment solution will enable students to pay tuition and fees directly online to NorQuest via numerous payment methods such as Email money transfers, bill pay, direct debit, electronic funds transfers, credit cards, PayPal, etc. The solution will bring efficiencies in the student refund processes and will reduce costs and complexity in the overall operations. |
