NorQuest College (the “College”) is inviting Vendors to submit Proposals for the provision of Financial Analysis & Planning Budgeting Software as specified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). 

The primary objective of this initiative is to replace the College’s current manual and spreadsheet-based budgeting approach with an integrated, secure, and scalable solution that supports strategic financial planning, improves data integrity, and enhances organizational efficiency.
